We are excited to welcome the newest member of our team, Dr. Montaña.
Dr. Montaña grew up in New Jersey but has relocated to California with his family. He completed his undergraduate degree in Biology at Stanford. For medical school, he went to the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He did his medicine residency at Hackensack University Medical Center in New Jersey and oncology training at Oklahoma State University Health Sciences Center/Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Tulsa. After completing his training, he came back to California to be closer to his family.
He has been living in Bakersfield for 3 years now. On his free time, Dr. Montaña likes to travel, play tennis and learn new languages and cultures . He is fluent in Spanish, Italian and Tagalog. He is personable, compassionate and is well-loved by his patients.
We are excited to have Dr. Montaña on board. He will be a great addition to our team of dedicated health care providers.
